Peterson is such a wonderful addition to our elementary school staff. He has about 10 years of experience as an elementary teacher. He obviously loves kids!
It’s fun to see him join the kids when they have recess or physical education class. His enthusiasm, excitement & joy when participating with them in their sports activities is obvious! When Peterson teaches, he is calm, easy going, and focused on their learning.
A well-balanced, fun-loving, and kind teacher! It’s great to have a man who is a such a good model for the kids. His heart is for the children to know Jesus!

Why did you want to work at AP? I needed a job, and wanted to participate with Apparent Project to build kids.
Are you happy working at AP? Yes Why? It gives me HOPE!
What do you enjoy about your job ?
First, I feel like I’m in my field when I’m teaching kids.
In addition, when I started working at AP, the staff made me feel like I’m home.
What is your dream? To build my own home.
Tell me a little about your family. I have a wife & a toddler son.
What do you love/like about Haiti? Haiti is my country where I was born. I love Haiti. I don’t know why, but Haiti is in my heart.
Prayer requests… To have my own house. For peace in Haiti.

For me, AP is a big family because everyone is welcome here. We all learn from each other. No one is considered superior or inferior; we are all one. Secondly, what makes us happy are the children. I can say that children are what AP is all about. Our focus is to bring the children to Jesus Christ. Thank you.
