Meeting Jesula

Meeting Jesula

Jesula works in the AP Childcare & oversees the infants. She is truly a gift to the babies!

At Apparent Project, we value the gift of nurture! We talk about healthy trees that bear much fruit. They have healthy roots! A tree needs water & sunlight and the right environment to be healthy.

Babies need healthy roots, too! When they are given what they need, they can more easily learn & grow and become who they were created to be! Babies need an environment of love, nurture, and kindness. Modeling healthy behavior is also essential for children, especially at the infant & toddler stage.

Jesula has the character & qualities needed to care for babies in a way that produces the strong “root system” in their lives. Her gentle spirit permeates the area where she cares for these little ones. She is such a great example of the kindness & loving nature of God. She is naturally  gifted to care for babies, but it also flows from her close relationship with God.  She is an excellent mentor for her assistants. Together they provide excellent care for our babies.

Jesula’s previous job was for an orphanage. It closed. But, while at the orphanage, she was  working at an orphanage, she was responsible for getting medical help for kids. She is aware of symptoms of physical need and knows how to get the help that is needed.

We are so blessed to have Jesula!

English Version

Apparent Project has been such a help to me, ever since I started working here. My child’s school is paid. I’ve needed money for housing and have had enough because of working at Apparent Project. I have also been able to pay for courses for my children who have finished school. They can go to college.

I thank all the sponsors helping Marilyn because the situation is very difficult in Haiti. But God sent Marilyn to establish this school. It helps parent, and it also helps teachers. I’m so happy that I’ve been working at Apparent Project for several years. Also, I’m happy to work with children, too. I love children! Thank you!

Chaos & oppression in Haiti block opportunities for the poor.

Apparent Project offers the quality education & job skills training needed to help the poor rise up out of poverty and become future leaders of integrity in Haiti.
