Meeting Angelo

Meeting Angelo

Meeting Angelo! Our Physical Education teacher!

When asked how we ended up with such amazing staff… my response is generally, “They just show up! At the right time!!” Angelo is one of those people. One of our staff had his boys enrolled in Angelo’s soccer program. Angelo was looking for more work. He loves kids. Loves sports. When he expressed an interest in teaching physical education, we interviewed him to see if he might be a good fit for our school. He is! He brings organized active fun to the children three days each week as well as the opportunity to learn rules of sports and how to work together in physical games. We thank God that we found Angelo… or he found us.

English Version

What do I like about Apparent Project?  First, I love children because it is especially for children that I come here.  so that I can come to work with them.  In terms of sports, I like what I’m doing.  It comes from inside me when I feel that I am working with children, when I feel that when I come, I open the gate and enter there, all the children are saying Coach Angelot, coach Angelot.  Well that’s my first love.  Second, when I got here, absolutely everyone, all the staff, everyone knows Angelot.  Since they come, it’s the Coach, here’s the Coach, Coach, hello Coach.  Whether it’s the kids, whether it’s the staff, everyone here is friendly.  And, the DG again, the DG itself is a good friend of mine.  Any concern that I have since, I just call DG Zi, I have such a problem, and tell him what happened to me, since everything is fine, he already said it’s okay, Coach.  I think that’s what I especially like here.  Well, I think that’s all. Thank you.

The ripple effects of you helping to serve our staff is exponential in the lives of the Haitian families that they are serving.

34 days to raise $400/month for 34 salaries! It’s not too hard. 34 people, 34 groups, 34 organizations… each catching the vision… providing $400/month for the next 12 months. A year’s commitment!

Together we can make a difference in Haiti!

Chaos & oppression in Haiti block opportunities for the poor.

Apparent Project offers the quality education & job skills training needed to help the poor rise up out of poverty and become future leaders of integrity in Haiti.
