April 2nd through April 9th, the Apparent Project is celebrating the “Week of the Young Child.” This event is sponsored by the National Association for Education of the Young Child and is celebrated by many others throughout the USA. The purpose is to focus attention on the needs of young children and their families and to recognize the programs and services that meet those needs.
At the Apparent Project we recognize the importance of children’s earliest years in shaping their learning and development. We are joining with groups across the nation to recognize the teachers who invest their time & resources to nurture, train & educate young children! Their investment is complex, valuable, essential & demanding work, but the results are worth it!
Get glimpses into Apparent Project classes & life in Haiti. Each day we will post pictures & videos on Facebook & Instagram & will share child development information & ideas that highlight various topics.
