Who has more fun than Johanne???
When she interviewed for a teaching position at Apparent Project elementary school, she was very pleasant, professional, kind of quiet. She had the experience & was obviously qualified for the 3rd grade teacher position.
What I didn’t know was that she is a powerhouse of energy, full of life & love! And she loves to celebrate & dance! Carnival is a big deal in Haiti! For Johanne… it is an opportunity to celebrate with unbridled enthusiasm What a joy to have a teacher with such enthusiasm for her students & for life! We are grateful she joined the family!

Why did you want to work at AP? It’s an opportunity to learn more.
Are you happy working at AP? Yes, 100%. Why? Working with kids helps me understand more about kids.
What do you enjoy about your job? Sharing knowledge with kids is one of the best things in life.
What is your dream? Running an orphanage.
Tell me a little about your family. Married, has a daughter, 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
What do you love/like about Haiti? Nature.
Prayer requests… Own my house; Health for my daughter; A job for my husband.

What I can say about Apparent Project and what I like about Apparent Project especially is the staff. I found myself at home, it’s like I found a family where there is no big or small because we are all one. We always laugh, eat, drink, enjoy, work, ourselves together. and if something is wrong, someone else doesn’t look at it so he teaches you and helps you. It also helps me grow more in love, and in everything. I can say that, that means a lot to me, because I found myself. especially when there are some moments we feel weak, when we come there we find the children, we find the staff, that brings us back up a lot. That’s what I really appreciate and love about Apparent Project. Thank you!
