Thanks to all of you who have helped us through the challenges of 2020! Although we did not met our financial obligations for the year, your donations have helped us:

  • Bulk food has been distributed (to keep our employees from starving)
  • Rent costs have been covered (to avoid evictions & homelessness)
  • Emergency costs have been provided as needed (example: medical emergency)

And, our staff continues to work hard (without complaints… even when not receiving pay). They are an EXCELLENT team- they work together well & want to continue working at AP. The staff is praying for a financial breakthrough.

Please join us in prayer as we cry out to the God who birthed the dream of the Apparent Project. His heart is for these children, their parents, for the school & those we employ, and for the work we do – both in empowering Haitians & in “Building Future Leaders.” We are looking to Him for a financial miracle to bring sustainability to the ministry.

We remain operational through the generous and philanthropic giving of our partners. Would you like to be an answer to our prayers? We need small gifts as well as larger investments- everything helps! Lives are being changed! Giving opportunities provide quality education for children and adults, salaries for our Haitian staff, and finances for AP Haiti operating expenses.

Would you give a one-time gift today, and invite your friends and family to give as well? If you have given in the past, would you consider becoming a monthly donor to help with AP Haiti needs? Would you consider becoming a sponsor & be more connected with the classroom(s) you choose to help support? Would you allow your life to be transformed in the process of becoming a miracle worker for our Haitian friends & families?

AP Haiti Current Needs

  • Salaries for the entire AP Haiti staff (our greatest need)
    • 24 employees (guards, maintenance, housekeeping, childcare, teachers, teacher assistants, operations management/director)
    • Over $60,000 owed in back pay (due to the COVID-19 challenge)
  • Vehicle repair &/or replacement
    • 2012 Kia truck (needs ongoing maintenance due to Haiti road conditions that cause damage… “Bumpy Road Syndrome” LOL )
    • Current repair cost needed is a minimum of $1500 (The truck can only drive slowly right now.)
    • Good used vehicle cost is estimated at $8,000 – $10,000 (We continue to look.) A new vehicle would cost about $40,000.
  • Road Repair (prayers, resources, favor, finances) $10,000
    • The dirt road that leads to the Apparent Project causes much damage to all vehicles.
    • Prayers for favor with the mayor who could help with road repair.
    • Resources in Haiti (equipment, laborers, cement/paving materials, etc.)

Chaos & oppression in Haiti block opportunities for the poor.

Apparent Project offers the quality education & job skills training needed to help the poor rise up out of poverty and become future leaders of integrity in Haiti.
